Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others accessing or using the Service. Use of Service You agree to use AIggregator solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You shall not use the Service to: Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. Accounts By creating an account via Google authentication, you: Represent that all provided information is accurate and truthful. Assume full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account. Agree to maintain the confidentiality and security of your account information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or engaged in suspicious activities. Intellectual Property All content, logos, features, functionality, and intellectual property related to AIggregator remain our exclusive property. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited. Service Availability and Support AIggregator strives for continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis, and no specific response times or resolutions are guaranteed. Payment Terms All payments made for credits or subscriptions are final and non-refundable except as explicitly stated. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. You authorize AIggregator to charge your selected payment method for recurring payments. Credits System Credits purchased or provided by AIggregator: Are non-transferable and non-refundable. May expire if AIggregator seizes operations or has an outage. Are deducted based on model usage, clearly outlined prior to usage. Misuse or fraudulent manipulation of the credit system may result in immediate termination of your access without refund. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIggregator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AIggregator in the preceding twelve (12) months. Disclaimer The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIggregator operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Changes to Terms AIggregator reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
